Les Contamines has immediate access to 120km of ski slopes, ranging in altitude from 1200 to 2500 meters, and offering something for all levels of skiers. It is often referred to as the undiscovered gem of the Mont Blanc area, as although the skiing is unquestionably superior to that of other well known resorts.

Skate on the natural open air ice rink & enjoy the views of the mountains. The ice rink is located in the heart of the Les Contamines village which is open from early December until early March.

Les Contamines Montjie Natural Reserve was created in 1979 and covers more than 5500 hectares of varied terrain rising from 1000-3900 meters high and covering forests, pastures, tottents, rocks, snow fileds and glaciers. Winter walking – parts of the resort are easily accessible on foot or with snow-shoes. Enjoy a peaceful and safe stroll along snow covered footpaths, clearly signposted and destined for pedestrians.
